Getting all historical in Rome

The one, the only, the great Colosseum. Now, I am not much of a history kinda person. It just doesn't get me as excited as it does some others. But that said, it was a pretty impressive sight.

After our lovely couple of days in Cinque Terre (I really wish it could have been longer).. We headed to Siena. Now, Siena.. Siena. I honestly can’t say it did that much for me. It’s a small old Italian city with lots of history (like most). It is quite unique given its shell shaped central ‘square’. And the buildings are all brown brick/stone.
